We scan only the accounts you choose, to spot medical files. You decide which medical files to keep. We ignore everything else, including personal emails, chats and receipts.
We ask only for read-only access, so MedFiles can’t change or delete anything in your accounts, and we never see your passwords. Google has verified MedFiles for Gmail access, MedFiles uses HIPAA aligned safeguards, and its Gmail access passed an independent CASA security assessment.
Yes. You can delete files yourself in the app at any time, and disconnect an account at any time. If you ask us to delete your account, you have 30 days to download your information or change your mind before it is deleted.
Searching is free and needs no card: you can start with Start Organizing. If you start for US$1 and nothing useful turns up, cancel before your 14 days end and you won’t be charged for the year.

Yes. You can cancel your plan from your account at any time. To avoid the yearly charge, cancel before your first 14 days end. Nothing you saved is lost: your account moves to Start Organizing and keeps your records. Deleting your account is a separate step, also from your account.
